Sheer, black, chiffon skirt that will charm the pants off of you. It is made from a light weight, billowy chiffon layered over a thick, black ponte knit. It looks a bit like a wrap skirt, with the chiffon overlapping in the front in a tulip-like shape. It starts off pretty short, and then gets longer as it works it's way around the back. The chiffon is ruffled lightly around the waist to better help it float around your hips, while the built in underskirt fits snug and soft. The waist band is reinforced with elastic to keep it from slipping. Elegant and comfortable at the same time, it looks great with meadows, delicate lace, and breezy days.
