It comes with a white mat, which is attached lightly with removable artists tape, and could be replaced with a mat of any color if you like.
The vintage frame and kitten are not included.
The image is 4" by 3" (100mm x 76mm), the matte brings it out to 7x5 (177 x 125mm), a standard US frame size.
