Irving K. "Ike" Barber (February 14, 1923 – April 13, 2012) was a Canadian forest industrialist and philanthropist. Barber used his resource-based fortune to become one of British Columbia's most prominent education philanthropists. Barber's $20 million donation to UBC would result in the construction of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre.
John Ridington was UBC’s first University Librarian. Recently featured in a spoof article claiming that J.K. Rowling had bought the building, Ridington Room, (the Harry Potter room) is located in the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre.
All of my images are printed by a professional lab using Mitsubishi 250 gsm matte photo paper. Photos will be securely wrapped in sturdy mailers with additional support.
Finished photos will be without the watermark and signed on the back by me. If its a gift for someone, in addition to the complimentary gift wrapping I can include a small note with a few words of explanation... i.e. "Chosen especially for you by XX".
