Vintage Ironwood Whale Pair Hand Carved Mexican Animal Figurines
This pair of vintage whales were hand carved from heavy, solid ironwood and have a modern, yet retro vibe.
The largest whale measures 12" long and the smallest is 9" long. The original dark, burnished finish (easiest to see on the bottoms of the whales in photo 3) has been diminished on the tops and sides of both whales from what appears to be weathering. Polishing with a nice oil for wood would likely restore these to their original luster but I'll leave that to the buyer.
