Here is a delightful find!
I happen to be a gardener who loves the toads who come to eat the insect pests in my garden. So, you must imagine my surprise to find this family of toads!
There is a large toad, medium toad and a baby toad. It has been my observation that the mama toad is usually the largest with the male of this species of medium size.
The large toad is slightly over 2" in height and about 3 1/2" in length.
The medium toad is slightly over 1 1/2" in height and about 2 3/4" in length
Baby toad is slightly over 1 1/4" in height and 2 1/4" in length.
These have been hand painted in great detail by an expert artist and craftsman and then the glaze has been fired on them.
I can find no marks to identify them.
